MartinBauer launches floral ingredients for beverages

MartinBauer (Secaucus, NJ), a supplier of tea and botanical ingredients for foods, beverages, and dietary supplements, has launched a new line of floral ingredients for drink formulations. According to the company, these floral ingredients add flavor, functionality, and fragrance to beverages.

The line comprises 10 floral ingredients offered in various forms, including infusions, concentrates, extracts, and powders, as well as fine, specialty, or coarse cuts. The company says this format variety enables the ingredients to accommodate a wide range of beverage applications. The floral ingredients include chamomile, elderflower, orange blossom, hibiscus, lavender, and more.

In a press release, Gerardo Santiago, vice president of beverages sales and marketing for the company, said, “Today’s consumers want beverages that not only taste good but that are also good for their bodies.
