Rousselot to discuss collagen and gummy-supplement solutions at Vitafoods Europe 2023

Rousselot, a Darling Ingredients brand, will discuss its collagen solutions and gummy-supplement offerings at the Vitafoods Europe trade show taking place in Geneva, Switzerland, on May 9-12 (Booth I114).

The company will highlight its collagen peptides brand Peptan and present an expert session titled “Tapping into Holistic Well-Being with Collagen Peptides.” The session will take place on May 9, 2023, at the New Ingredients Theatre.

Rousselot’s offerings include Colartix, “a unique, hydrolyzed cartilage matrix for joint health made of naturally occurring collagen peptides and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs).” Colartix was shown in a recently published consumer study, “performed in a real-life setting,” showing that it decreased joint discomfort “across gender, age, and sports intensity,” the firm says. The company will also display a peach-flavored “Beyond Beauty” drink containing Peptan and probiotics, as well as gummies featuring Colartix for mobility health.

On the gelatin side, Rousselot will discuss Stabicaps, designed to produce more-stable softgels, and SiMoGel, a starch-free nutraceutical gummies option.
